Louisville, Ky. – Online real-state company Trulia has ranked Louisville as a “most affordable place to live” in country, according to a recent article.

Home sales return to high pace of 2007; inventory shortages create Sellers market!
The Greater Louisville Association of Realtors reported Tuesday that year-to-date sales were up 11.6 percent, with 10,951 homes and condos sold in Jefferson, Oldham and Bullitt counties through August, versus 9,808 at the same time last year.
Sales were up 0.9 percent in August 2015 (1,532 units) compared to August 2014 (1,518 units).
