The sale of homes in Jefferson, Oldham and Bullitt counties increased 8.4 percent through November 2016, while the inventory of available homes for sale fell sharply, compared with the first 11 months of 2015.

The Greater Louisville Association of Realtors said in a report that sales this past November were up 24.5 percent, compared to November 2015 in the three counties.
