World Affairs Council moving to historic building in Louisville’s Portland Neighborhood

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The World Affairs Council of Kentucky and Southern Indiana (WAC) is moving its office to The Dolfinger in the Portland Neighborhood on Oct. 31.
The move reflects a significant milestone in the World Affairs Council’s 30+ year history.

Home sales up 4.3% in Jefferson County

PORTLAND Holland-led group acquires key site near 24th and Rowan

The Portland Investment Initiative, headed by businessman Gill Holland, has purchased a key 2.5-acre site in the Portland area, near Rowan and 24th streets.
The site is in what’s known as the East Portland Warehouse District.
