FRANKFORT, Ky. (July 8, 2016) – The Kentucky Department of Revenue has set the 2016 State Real Property Tax Rate at 12.2 cents per $100 of assessed value.

The time to file for the Local Board of Assessment Appeal has been extended to June 7, 2016. However, any property owner who wishes to be heard at the LBAA must first have conferenced with the Jefferson County PVA.
