Apartments planned off Preston Hwy.

An Indiana company plans to invest about $30 million in developing 312 apartments off Preston Highway near Commerce Crossing in southern Jefferson County near Bullitt County. Cityscape Residential, a real estate development and construction firm specializing in multifamily projects, has announced new details of its plans for the Apex on Preston Apartments. Cityscape said the project is “the first of its kind in the area to offer high-end living, with top-of-the-line interior finishes and communal amenities.”
The company said it intends to start construction on the project in June.
