Buying a home is so many things: a rite of passage, a critical way to build equity and generational wealth, a thrill-a-minute adventure ride, and an American dream. But for many wannabe owners, it’s becoming something else, too: a struggle.
The 2022 property reassessment will encompass MLS areas 6,8,and 9. The reassessment is required by law.
Increasing public understanding of property assessments and the right to appeal is a top priority of the PVA’s mission: to provide fair and equitable assessments with best-in-class customer service.
This project brings 100 million dollars in Economic Investment to the West End. The first hospital built in the area since 1825. We hope the project sparks investment and brings jobs and many amenities to our neighbors in the West End.
