Correct property characteristics such as square footage, number of bathrooms, property condition, etc. are important in determining assessments.

You can submit a property characteristic correction without contesting the assessed value of your property using the Online Conference Tool during the Open Inspection period.  Update the property characteristics in the tool, and indicate your opinion of value is the same as the assessed value.
