Communication Policy

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, PVA asks for contact information such as name and e-mail address. User will always have the option to unsubscribe.

Surveys

From time to time, PVA may request information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary, and User, therefore, has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this website.

Special Offers

PVA will send all new members a welcoming e-mail to verify user name. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and/or a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, PVA will always present the option to unsubscribe to these types of communications.

Website and Service Updates

PVA may send the user website and service announcement updates. Members agrees to receive service announcements that contain important information about the Service. We will communicate with the user, via email or phone, to provide requested services and in response to issues relating to their account. The user can always unsubscribe from these communications by clicking the ‘unsubscribe from this list’ link located at the bottom of every communication.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information

When User’s personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code) or if User no longer desires our service, PVA will provide a way to correct, update, or remove that user’s personal data provided. This can be done at the User Subscription page or by e-mailing Customer Support at jeffersonpva@viastudio.com.
