Jefferson County PVA wins third National Association of Counties (NACo) Award

We are proud to announce that our office has been recognized by NACo for our Library Appeal Assistance Program, part of our “You Have A Right to Appeal” public outreach efforts, our third NACo Excellence Award since 2022.
