The Better Business Bureau has issued a warning of 10 current scams in its May 2017 Hot Topics. They are:
1. If you see a Facebook post about a $50 Mother’s Day Lowe’s coupon,
What is a “fair arms length transaction?”
An Arms Length Transaction is described as: a property that is sold at “fair cash value” between a willing Seller and a Buyer after being advertised on the Open Market.
