For most of the past 12 months, home sales in Louisville have surpassed the previous year. Several of these (see February) did so spectacularly!
There were 916 properties sold in Jefferson County in March.
The real estate business has continued to pick up in 2016, according to numbers recently released by the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.
In February alone, home sales rose 22.3 percent, with 1,062 homes and condos sold.
