The AARP Tax Aid Program provides free tax preparation to low and moderate income residents. Help is needed in Corydon, New Albany and Sellersburg. The tax season runs Feb. 1 through April 15. Volunteers are needed at least 4 hours per week.
The Louisville Regional Airport Authority plans the first major makeover in a decade of the Jerry E. Abramson Terminal, with work on tap costing up to $8 million.
The envisioned improvements are chiefly cosmetic upgrades that will include lighting and flooring as well as new escalators and artwork throughout the Louisville International Airport passenger terminal.
