PVA policy requires all those completing the online conference to mail or hand deliver documentation to the PVA office within 7 days of completing the online conference. The legal deadline for receipt of all documentation is the close of the Open Inspection Period. Please be aware that if you file your online conference within 7 days of the close of Open Inspection, documentation will either need to be mailed or hand delivered to our office and received by the end of the Open Inspection Period.
