Anyone who is hired to represent your pva online conference is required to submit current written authorization signed by the property owner that allows his/her representation and states his/her professional qualifications. Incomplete and/or faxed, mailed or hand-delivered authorizations will not be accepted. An authorized paid representative must be an attorney, certified public accountant, certified real estate appraiser, Kentucky licensed real estate broker, an employee of the property owner, or someone who holds a professional designation recognized by the Kentucky Department of Revenue.
