Under state law (KRS 133.120) property owners who wish to appeal their assessment must first hold a conference with the PVA Office during the annual Open Inspection Period (OIP).
The deadline to appeal to the County Clerk’s Local Board of Assessment Appeals has been extended until May 30, 2014. If you wish to appeal your conference result, please sign and return a copy of your PVA Conference Result Form to:
